That's how I quit smoking too. I just ... stopped. Over twenty years ago. Not bad. Only had a few moments of weakness during that time, when life got really stressful (e.g. when I was fighting for custody of my kids) when I actually had a few cigarettes. But I never started up again.

I'm still drinking tea, though. I'm not sure I could give THAT up entirely.
