Hermitizing

SORRY! Updating to let you know that I didn't run away with Draco and Harry's coat. (If that was an option, I totally would, though.) I did nothing fandom–related over the weekend, but I've been doing nothing but writing writing writing this week.

The final chapter (+ epilogue) is finally completed and I've sent it to Cheryl. I hope I'll post it tomorrow. But, man, it's LOOOOONG.

See, I planned 6000 words + 2000 words for the epilogue, but then I realized that the last chapter can't be written in just Draco's PoV. You should get a peek in Harry's head, too. It's only fair. And that nearly doubled the chapter so . . . er, yeah, this won't fit into one post (but I will post it all at once, of course.) It has 12K. *headdesk*

And of course, I've been hermitizing as the subject line says, meaning I didn't read anything, but I've bookmarked stuff dutifully and I plan to kick back and see what you've been up to.

Also.

Happy Belated Birthday, [livejournal.com profile] romaine24! I hope you had fun on your birthday! ♥

Oh and! I dreamt that I've written a novel and became famous. The cool thing is I've dreamt the plot too. In detail. And it's not half bad. I could see this sell and sell well. But of course, I know I'll never write it. Wanna know why? Because in the unlikely event I do write it and become famous, when asked how I thought of the plot I'd HAVE to say, "Well, it came to me in a dream." O.O

He he. Have you not heard of Stephenie Meyer? Don't you know that the best novels come to you in a dream? :P

But if you don't write it, could you at least tell us your adoring fans the story while we wait patiently to find out what happened to Harry's cloak? :P

It's not a story I could tell without making it sound crazy. Maybe, if I write it, it'll be less crazy. <-- weird logic.
