Do YOU (writers) post your stories on Fanfiction.net? If yes, do you post your more explicit stories there? I mean, obviously it's not a place where you post PWPs and outright porn, but where exactly is the limit? And are you concerned about limits? I ask because I've seen a lot of fairly explicit stories there, and I thought that was a no-no. But then again, stories I've seen, although they were explicit, they were ... tame? But perhaps my definition of tame is fucked up?
I just read your one-shot "Of Thwarted Plan" (and rec'd it on my fic journal (http://darkestmidnight.insanejournal.com) so thought I'd pop over and check out your journal. I saw you ask the above question and felt the need to answer.
Yes, I do post my stuff at FFN (including the porny ones) but I have a note in my profile that states that if any of my stuff gets deleted from FFN they can find the uncensored versions at HPFandom.net, AdultFanfiction.net and Foreverfandom.net. Those three sites have no restrictions on content, so long as there's warnings posted about possible squick. Lately, I've been censoring my newer stuff on FFN and directing people to one of the three sites for the smexxing bits. It's always good to have a backup in case someone reports you on FFN. Your best bet (if you haven't already) is to get an account at Foreverfandom and HPFandom. Don't go to AdultFanfiction...they're way of posting fics leaves something to be desired (especially if you're new to the site).
Did I mention I loved "Of Thwarted Plans"? Draco made me laugh as he watched his fantasy come to life in the RoR. LoL.
